یک مدل پیش‌بینی آسایش حرارتی جدید مبتنی بر یادگیری عمیق با استفاده از پارامترهای محیطی و شخصی

چکیده
ساختمان‌ها 30 درصد از کل دی اکسید کربن منتشر شده از مصرف انرژی را تولید می‌کنند. طراحی ساختمان با کمترین تلفات انرژی و تأمین آسایش حرارتی فضاهای داخلی با حداقل مصرف انرژی، روشی مؤثر برای کاهش مصرف انرژی است. پیشرفت‌های اخیر در هوش مصنوعی تخمین دقیقی از سطح آسایش حرارتی ساختمان‌ها ارائه می‌دهد که به طور قابل توجهی بر عملکرد سیستم‌های کنترل هوشمند و بهینه‌سازی ساختمان‌ها تأثیر می‌گذارد. روش‌های مبتنی بر یادگیری عمیق، بهبود عملکرد قابل توجهی را در پیش‌بینی آسایش حرارتی نشان داده‌اند. این مقاله یک مدل مبتنی بر یادگیری عمیق ارائه می‌دهد که سطح آسایش حرارتی یک ساختمان را با استفاده از عوامل محیطی و شخصی پیش‌بینی می‌کند. انتخاب ویژگی یک مرحله ضروری در یادگیری ماشین است که می‌تواند دقت را افزایش دهد. بنابراین، برای مرحله انتخاب ویژگی، این مطالعه ابتدا ماتریس همبستگی به‌دست‌آمده از داده‌های اشری[1] را محاسبه و تجزیه و تحلیل کرد که منجر به انتخاب چهار پارامتر محیطی (دمای هوا، میزان رطوبیت، متوسط دمای تابشی، سرعت هوا) و دو عامل شخصی نرخ پوشش ونرخ فعالیت متابولیکی شد. سپس، یک مدل پیش‌بینی سطح آسایش حرارتی با تکنیک مبتنی بر یادگیری عمیق توسعه داده شد. نتایج ارزیابی بر اساس مجموعه داده‌های اشری نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی در تمام معیارهای پیش‌بینی بهتر از روش‌های یادگیری ماشین مرسوم عمل می‌کند.
