یک روش نیمه نظارت شده و مبتنی بر شباهت حالت بدن برای تشخیص ناهنجاری رفتاری مرتبط با تقلب در ویدئوهای نظارتی آزمون‌های الکترونیکی

چکیده
تشخیص ناهنجاری در ویدئو‌های نظارتی مرتبط با رفتارهای انسانی در کاربردهای مختلف از اهمیت بسیاری برخوردار است. در آزمون‌های الکترونیکی، امکان شناسایی تقلب از طریق دوربین‌های نظارتی وجود دارد، اما تحقیقات گذشته بیشتر بر الگوهای از پیش تعریف شده متمرکز بوده و به‌ روش‌هایی که رفتارهای غیرعادی را بدون مشاهدة نمونه‌هایی از آنها می‌توانند تشخیص دهند، کمتر پرداخته‌اند. این مطالعه یک رویکرد نیمه‌نظارت شده[1] مبتنی بر اسکلت بدن برای تشخیص رفتارهای غیرطبیعی در ویدئو‌های نظارتی آزمون‌های الکترونیکی پیشنهاد می‌دهد. روش ارائه شده، بردارهای ویژگی مبتنی بر اسکلت قاب‌های متوالی را بر اساس شباهت آن‌ها تقسیم‌بندی می‌کند. شباهت با استفاده از فاصله اقلیدسی بین مفاصل اسکلت‌ها و میانگین و انحراف معیار آنها محاسبه‌ می‌شود. سپس بخش‌های مشابه‌از مجموعه آموزشی، که فاقد ناهنجاری هستند، ترکیب شده و بخش‌های متمایزی را تشکیل می‌دهند که برای تشخیص نمونه‌های عادی استفاده می‌شوند. در مرحله آزمایش، قابی که به‌ هیچ‌ یک از الگوهای به‌دست آمده از مرحلة آموزش شباهت نداشته باشد، به‌عنوان ناهنجاری تشخیص داده می‌شود. برای بهبود رتبه‌بندی قاب‌های غیرهنجار، از تخصیص امتیاز نا‌هنجاری با در نظر گرفتن اندازه قطعه و حداکثر فاصله بین ویژگی‌ها استفاده شده است. در مقایسه با الگوریتم‌های پیشرفته تشخیص ناهنجاری مبتنی بر بازسازی ‌داده‌ها، روش پیشنهادی در معیار AUC 10 درصد بهبود را نشان داده و به ‌عدد 83/0 دست یافت. همچنین با تعیین برچسب داده‌ها بدون نیاز به‌ پردازش تمام ورودی‌ها، امکان استفاده از این روش در کاربردهای برخط نیز وجود دارد.
